A letter from the founder Ref · 001 · Australia, 2026

I spent 25 years in salons. So I built the tool we always needed.

I'm Quan, the founder of Weeklify! I've spent 25 years in and around the salon industry, long enough to know exactly where the day falls apart: a booking app that takes a cut of every new client, a POS that can't talk to it, a spreadsheet for rosters, another for stock, and a phone that rings mid-service because a client can't reschedule online.

I tried plenty of tools over the years. None of them were built by someone who'd actually stood behind the counter. They were built by people who thought "salon" was just a category on a pricing page.

So I built the thing I always wished we'd had. Weeklify! is made for nail, hair and beauty salons in Australia and New Zealand, including the Vietnamese-Australian owners the big platforms tend to overlook.

We're a small team and we're early. You'll often be talking to the people who actually build the product. We don't take a cut of your bookings, and our whole job is to make your day run smoother.

We'd rather you remember the product than us, so we keep our faces off this page. But we're easy to reach, and the details are at the bottom of it.

Thank you for taking a look.

The salon that started it / 02

It starts with the empty chair.

Twenty-five years in salons teaches you one number by heart: what a no-show costs. A quiet Tuesday with two empty chairs can wipe out the day's margin, and most owners only see the damage at the end of the month, when it's already too late to do anything about it.

The software never helped. The tools were either built for nail bars in Texas or for chain barbers in London. Nothing fit an Australian salon. So owners duct-taped four products together and lost an hour every night reconciling them.

Weeklify! started from those artifacts — the Post-its, the printed receipts, the reminders sent by hand — rebuilt into one product that actually understands a salon day.

"We didn't want a fancier product. We wanted one that understood what an empty chair on a Tuesday costs."

How we got here / 03

How Weeklify! started.

  1. The problem

25 years watching salons fight their tools.

Booking apps that take a cut of every new client. A POS that won't talk to the calendar. No-shows that quietly eat the month's margin. Every owner had the same complaints, and no tool quite fit.

  2. The build

One product, built for the chair-and-counter day.

Bookings, POS, payments, rosters and loyalty on one record, built specifically for nail, hair and beauty salons in Australia and New Zealand, with first-class support for Vietnamese-Australian owners.

  3. Today

    Early, small, and hands-on.

We're at the start of the journey: a small team onboarding our first salons and answering our own support. No per-booking fees, no outside investors, no exit clock. Just building the thing we wished existed.

Who's working on this / 04

A small team. Zero growth hackers.

We don't put faces on our marketing. We'd rather you remember the product, not us. But these are the real people building Weeklify!, and the ones who'd actually reply if you got in touch.
